Family Support Service

The family support service is delivered by 5 providers across the North East of the City with FARE Scotland being one of these providers. 

Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership have commissioned an exciting new service in the North East of the City to work alongside families in a flexible and strengths based way to help them achieve positive outcomes. The service is Early Intervention and Prevention, working with families with children aged 0-12yrs who are referred by social work.

As part of the city-wide family support strategy, the service will promote the wellbeing of children and young people and to support them to stay at home and thrive with their families within their local communities by offering the right support at the right time.
