Finance & Governance

 The governance and finance team will strive to ensure FARE Scotland is a healthy organisation equipped to reduce poverty in all its forms.

• Financially secure: We will diversify and strengthen our sources of income, developing new sources of unrestricted and project income, which will include our social enterprises and investment from the private sector.   

• Build our Team: We will continue to develop our policies and resources to attract, develop, support and retain a committed and diverse team. 
  

• Stronger systems: We will continue to enhance our systems to ensure that we manage technology and data to the highest standards, and to provide the best service on behalf of the communities we serve
