We offer quality training courses to other organisations covering an array of topics.
These 30-60 minute health walks are not only a great chance to stay active but also an opportunity to meet people and have some friendly social-interaction. After every session, the group come together for a tea/coffee and a natter. We have a healthy band of regulars who are always keen to welcome new members!
We’ve seen some incredible places on our walks, and you don’t have to travel too far either. Locally, we have an array of parks; Tollcross, Blairtummock, Hogganfield and the picturesque Drumpellier Loch! On the last session of the month, we venture further afield and have enjoyed trips to Largs, Polkemmet Country Park and Dundonald Castle to name but a few.
